Just finished a course of physiotherapy on a calf injury at Xcel Health and can't praise them enough. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff and my physio Xavier has been excellent throughout, providing great treatment and advice. This isn't my first visit to Xcel Heath and when I found that I needed treatment, there was only one place I was looking to go. Highly recommend.
All of the [Xcel Health] Physiotherapists have been very professional and knowledgeable. They have all worked well within the teams at each surgery and are very friendly and approachable. The Physiotherapists are always happy to give advice and help where needed. It has been a pleasure to work with Xcel Health - very professional and always there at the end of the phone.

We recently moved down from London having used the same physio for years who was excellent. Over the past 3 years I have tried three physiotherapists in the Sittingbourne area and I have finally found through a friend's recommendation probably the best one of all. I was treated by Xavier who completely cured an extremely painful back which I've had for years following surgery I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend Xcel.
A bit of a mix feelings about the surgery overall. Phone lines are a bit of a nightmare but solution round that is to call the other surgeries they're in partnership with and you get an appointment. The 5* really is for the physio consultant (I think it's Daya/Raya). Since giving birth, I've had all sorts of pains and aches, she was understanding, is knowledgeable and the exercises and tips she gave have helped a lot. Can't fault the service
Jaya Gautam has really helped me with my shoulders. Before I couldn't raise them but now I feel much better after doing the exercises she gave me and she was so patient with me doing my session with her. Thank you so much Jaya.
It was a great experience with the physiotherapist Siddarth in the surgery. I had an appointment with him regarding the back ache and he gave me a list of exercises which i found to be very useful.
The recommendations he made to me was useful on getting my eye checked, using a pillow in the back support, applying hot water bag and my pain has reduced so much. He did make a follow up appointment to check on me.
This review is for Isaac BalaSingh who had administered outstanding physiotherapy when I'd injured my back and was in excruciating pain.
